Please read these terms carefully before accessing the LeadsMela marketplace. By using our platform, you agree to these governed rules.
Welcome to LeadsMela! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and connected APIs (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by LeadsMela Technologies Private Limited.
By accessing or using the LeadsMela platform (website, mobile application, APIs, or services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our platform. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and LeadsMela.
LeadsMela is an online service matchmaking marketplace connecting individual/corporate Customers who need services with KYC-verified third-party service Providers. LeadsMela does not perform the services itself, nor does it employ the service providers. We act purely as a platform connecting intent with execution.
Users must register an account to access key marketplace functions. Customers register to post project requirements, and Providers register to view and claim leads. You represent that all details provided during onboarding are accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Service Providers must be legally registered entities or sole proprietors. By registering, you agree to complete mandatory KYC identification (Aadhaar, PAN, and GST if applicable). Providers agree to contact Customers in a professional manner, deliver high-quality work, and respect all agreed budgets, timelines, and scope limitations.
Customers may post service requirements free of charge. You agree to post genuine, high-intent requirements only. Posting spam, fake projects, or offensive material is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension. Customers are under no obligation to hire any specific matched provider.
Providers top up their virtual platform Wallet to claim customer contact details. Payments are processed via secured gateway portals (Razorpay). Wallet balances represent virtual platform credits and are non-withdrawable to bank accounts except under explicitly verified refund situations outlined in our Refund Policy.
Leads are claimed by Providers using wallet credits. Standard PAYG tiers may face a 30-minute delay in lead visibility compared to Advanced and Premium subscription levels. Leads are sold on a first-come, first-served basis up to a maximum number of claimed responses per lead to ensure quality.
Users shall not: (a) bypass platform workflows to perform transactions; (b) share account access with unauthorized third parties; (c) collect or harvest other users personal contact details; (d) deploy automated scraping bots; or (e) post fraudulent or misleading reviews.
All materials, design systems, algorithms, source codes, logos, trademarks, and interfaces on the LeadsMela platform are the exclusive intellectual property of LeadsMela. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for its intended matchmaking marketplace purposes.
Your privacy is paramount. Personal data collection, verification credentials, and communication records are handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy, aligned with GDPR regulations and the Indian IT Act.
THE LEADSMELA PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, TIMELINESS, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADSMELA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR PLATFORM OR THIRD-PARTY MATCHING SERVICES.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
